Reports are bought through Apple's In-App Purchase. If a report you paid for has not appeared, open the app and use Restore Purchases on the reports screen. Refunds are handled by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can delete your profiles and generated reports from inside the app. To have everything removed from our servers, email us from the address linked to your account and we will erase it within 30 days.
